“Golden Keys of Concierges”
In November 1999, under the initiative of the concierges at the Hotel
Baltschug Kempinski Moscow and with the full support of the hotel’s General
Director, Mr. Hans C. Sebesta, the regional public organization “Golden
Keys of Concierges” was established.
“Golden Keys of Concierges” is a non-profit organization aiming at:
training consierges and raising their proffessional level;
popularization of hotel consierge role in public opinion.
Since the time the organization was founded, it has been headed by Yegeny
Bagdasarov, Head of Porter Services at the Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow.
“Golden Keys of Concierges” is today the Russian branch of the International
Union “Les Clefs d’Or”, uniting the most professional concierges from
the best hotels in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
